The necklace is beautiful. Good quality for the price. The sizing for the chain is a little different than expected. I measured a necklace I wear all the time and ordered this chain in the same length, however this chain was much shorter than expected. Maybe they measure the entire length of the chain rather than starting at the clasp. Anyway I reached out to the seller and they sent me an extender free of charge. Good customer service.

Looks expensive!
I have gotten so many compliments on this one. It holds my husbands ashes and the personalization was very nice on it as well!

Beautiful and customizable
This was beautifully made and it arrived faster than promised. It was easy to fill and closes securely.I'd recommend buying your own strong, high quality chain if this is something you plan to wear often. We bought this for my daughter who wanted to wear it at her high school graduation in honor for her grandfather who had just passed. We did not have time to go find another chain and it held up, but she isn't wearing it with this chain again.

Perfect gift
I gave this necklace to a best friend of mine (for her birthday) in remembrance of one of our mutual friend who passed away from stage 4 bladder cancer in June (at 36 years old) and we never got to say goodbye. I thought this urn necklace would bring my friend peace, comfort and closure of our friend's passing. Also, my friend needed something to do with (our friend who passed) ashes. When I saw this, I knew it was the perfect gift for her to honor their friendship and sisterhood and to honor our friend who passed away. It was perfect. We both cried when she opened the gift. I am so thankful there was a option to customize it to make it a special and sacred remembrance gift.
