Well I got to say these are the best portable phone case charger for the iPhone ordered two of them and the packaging was good. The shipping was good. And I would say it has that bulkiness look to it bc of the battery that is in it but it’s not a big deal at all honestly and a easy install for it to, the durability of the case is pretty good since I did drop it at work on the concrete floor at my job at least three times by accident and the case still works even charges my iPhone and etc after I did that at work tbh. And the ease of removal is just as if you installing your phone in the case. And the the grip is okay but I still have both of my hands on it when I’m use Ig my phone just so that it don’t fall out of my hand and hit the floor or anything like that and it break it or whatever and then I can’t use it anymore honestly. But overall I would consider in getting it if you really want it or just need it for a back up plan and you can just charge your phone fully and still keep on use it throughout the day so

It has never been harder to charge my phone and keep my phone charged than it has since I purchased this phone case. Obviously, that's a problem considering the only reason anyone (including myself) would bother to purchase a phone-charging phone case is that they'd like to keep their phone charged with more ease and convenience.The difficulty faced with this product comes from two primary issues:1. The charging port is loose. Like, really - REALLY - loose. The way that when a cheap phone charger starts breaking down you have to hold it at a specific angle to get your phone to charge? Get ready for that to be your life no matter how new or how good the charger is. Pick the phone up? No longer charging. Bump against the phone where it's sitting by accident? No longer charging. Phone just vibrated 'cause you got a text? No longer charging. HOLDING THE CHARGER IN PLACE WITH YOUR HAND PLEADING WITH THE GODS FOR IT TO JUST STAY PUT? Congrats, it just *might* stay charging. Gravity alone will pull the charger out of the port on this thing. I have to take my phone OUT of it's case now to charge it. Needing to remove your phone case to charge your phone would be obnoxious enough as it is - really adds insult to injury that I bought this case SO I could charge my phone more frequently.2. It takes FOREVER to charge the case, and it doesn't HOLD that charge long enough to get my phone to 100% more than once. This case wants to be plugged in for 16+ hours to fill all four of the indicator lights completely, and then gets my phone charged one good time and taps out. Now, I *suspect* this has to do with issue number one here - that loosey goosey hole at the bottom has a pretty rough time keeping the cord in place, so it charges on and off on and off, unless it's placed neatly on a flat surface where it lays untouched and undisturbed for a very, very, very long time. Which, as I'm sure you can imagine, is not the kind of thing it's easy to do with an object that lives *on your phone*.This case sucks so bad that every single day of my life from the moment I bought it until right now I kept finding myself thinking "Don't forget to leave this god awful phone case a terrible review on Amazon when you get a second."

I loved this product for the first 3 weeks. Within a month of having it the product stopped charging my phone. I’ve texted amazon support system about it and they did nothing but waste my time. I recommended lots of family and friends to this product. What a waste!!!!

We use this case when traveling outside with our phone. It is light and slim but holds enough power to charge my iPhone 11. The case is one piece and the top is a bit flexible so you can put your phone into the case, I think it could have a better design because if you are not careful you can break the connector pin if you don't flex the case just right and have your phone slid in. The case itself charges quickly and it holds a charge for about a week if it is not in use. So far so good.

The phone case broke after 4 months of me using it. No it did not break from me dropping it because I rarely ever drop my phone and when it stopped working I had not dropped my phone in about 2 weeks. The charging port for the phone case just stopped working now it will charge my phone but I cannot charge the phone case anymore and I can not charge my phone while my phone is in the phone case.

I’ve gone through numerous different battery cases for various iPhones over the years. Looking at my purchase history, most have only lasted about a year or less. This has been the longest lasting charging case I’ve had to date. This one made it about a year and half. Just placed an order for a 2nd go at one. Hope it’ll last just as long or longer.
