Pretty good stuff
I’m a luthier and was in need of some epoxy. I didn’t have time to wait for my usual stuff, so I went with this. It did the job! The 40 minute working time is great because I didn’t feel like I was in such a rush to get it where I wanted it. My only complain is that it was maybe 95% hard/cured after 24hours, but still slightly rubbery to the touch. A few more days and it was fine.

Good product
Have been buying this resin for a long time. It is very low odor. I'm allergic to everything including a lot of resins. I have had no allergic reactions to this. Good product and very affordable.

Was very happy with this resin until . . .
Purchased this brand and another brand as both had great ratings. After using both, I was particularly thrilled with this brand as it mixed beautifully, nice viscosity, hardly any bubbles and came out glossy and crystal clear. I had been using a colorant, which I believe was “Rose Peach”, I loved the almost day glow effect it produced but to my grave disappointment two of my projects cured to a rather ugly cloudy orange. I had noticed that when I was adding the colorant that the orange seemed more intense but thought it would be fine because I had used it on 4 other items and it was fabulous. I thought it was the colorant but a new bottle did the same thing. Only thing left to try was the other resin and wah la, it was perfect. Sadly I found that this brand also did not work well with the purple colorant either.I still love the resin for all its wonderful qualities but will be playing it safe by using it only as clear. Don’t know what causes this reaction but it is something you definitely do not want in your projects.

The Best Resin in My Jewelry Making❤️
Absolutely the best resin I have found for use in my jewelry making. I haven’t had any problems with bubbles like other brands.

Made a 650$ carbon fiber car part for about 60$
1st time ever using it. Worked great. Wear gloves because when it drys it becomes a glove over your skin and definitely wear more than boxers if making carbon fiber parts . Who knows it was exactly like fiberglass especially while trimming and cutting the edges off throwing tiny glass like particles in the air on your skin and inside your body .. it's the worst . Worse than fiberglass.. but the product was great plenty of time to form whatever you're forming and you can obviously adjust that time by putting more hardener in or taking it out.. no complaints came out crystal clear.

This resin has left me in H.E.L.L.
This was my second time purchasing this brand of resin because I had such great results the first time. But this time I am in a living nightmare.I had a flareup Dishydrotic and Eczema several months ago and it was the worst flareup I’ve ever had and I haven’t had one in years to begin with.It took a few months for the entire cycle to go through it’s reocurring course after the main flare up died down and then the several small flareups. It has been about three months since I’ve dealt with it.However, the other night I used this resin. Even though the information on the page says it’s not to be used for tumblers, the seller and many other people have said it works great with tumblers in both answering questions & in reviews. So I set about and poured the first layer on a tumbler for practicing a new technique, and noticed when I took the gloves off… The “nitrile“ gloves that came with this package… that the resin had leaked through between my third and fourth finges on my right hand. Right away I grab the alcohol wiped it all off following that up with micellar water and I thought I was good to go.I woke up the next morning and thought maybe I had a mosquito bite between the two fingers but then as the day went on I realized it was absolutely not a mosquito bite. The swelling has continued to increase along with the hives. The itching is so extremely intense that I am ready to cut my hand off. (Oh and my ears and side of my neck. No resin ever touched those parts of my body, yet the hives are there! ON.MY.EARLOBES!)I can see already that this reaction from the resin is causing the Dyshydrotic Eczema to flare up again. Now I am getting ready to call the doctor for steroid cream and an oral cycle of steroids. And then I have to get into see my dermatologist, who is going to askme about the ingredients pf the resin. For one thing this resin should not eat through nitrile gloves. Or they were absolutely just stupid latex gloves and not nitrile to begin with? I should have just put on my own nitrile gloves and not messed with the ones that came with the package but I just trusted the process. See the pictures I am attaching of the comparison of my hands. This reaction is beyond any allergic reactions I have ever had. Then to make everything worse, the tumbler looked great with such a crystal clear coating.. And then I added the second layer, let it cure, and lightly sanded it with 800 and 1000 grit, applied the decals and added my final pour following up with the heat gun, as you do, when the bottom layers cracked. When I tried to sand down the cracks so I could add another layer in hopes to fix the tumbler, it started chipping off. And this time I only used 1000 grit. No reason for it to with such a fine grit and a light touch. I mean a huge chunk came off the tumbler along with several peeled up areas. This was AFTER a total cure.Reading through questions on here this morning before posting this review, I saw the resin can only handle 50-60° of heat. I sure hope that is Celsius as room temp in Fahrenheit is warmer than that. Heck, the resin alone gets hotter than that while setting up. But even if it is Celsius, that’s only 140°F. Home coffee makers brew around 200°F, so how could a mug of freshly poured coffee even be set down on a coaster made from this resin?I saw the questions asked about BPA… but the MSDS has to be requested. Why can it not be readily available to the consumer like many other epoxy resin brands offer, here on Amazon & elsewhere. Then came the food safe questions. How can anyone say yes it is safe once cured when the MSDS is not available, nor is this resin FDA approved? To be food safe, both the uncured and cured forms of resin have to be nontoxic. Incidental food contact is one thing, but making and using a cutting board, for example, from non-FDA approved resin is something totally different. (Think about cutting raw meat on epoxy.. little pieces of resin will end up with the meat and then ingested!)If I had paid more attention the first time I purchased this resin, I would not have purchased it w/o more upfront information, let alone purchase it the second time. I am going to only use my favorite, much safer, completely BPA-free resin from here going forward. Between the purchase cost, the time loss, the dr bills, medication, pain & suffering, along with a wasted tumbler I now need to sand down completely, this resin was not worth any of it.Oh & 1 more thing- many have said this resin does not smell or let off much of a fume-filled vapor, so it is safe. NOT ALL DANGEROUS FUMES CAN BE DETECTED. A mask should ALWAYS be worn when using epoxy resin. just because you cannot smell it does not mean that it is safe. Please research more.
