We ordered several of these in preparation for whenever we can re-open our church building. I was pleased that they are so light (since I needed them ordered to my house for delivery) and yet are very sturdy once assembled. Assembly was super easy! I never even looked at the assembly video because the paper instructions were very thorough and the enclosed tools made it simple.We had purchased several of these and I had no issues until I realized that nothing was dispensing from the final one I assembled. I contacted Luxton both through Amazon and their website directly and got a response through both channels very quickly. (If you need to contact them, through Amazon was the quickest response!) They sent me a replacement motor free of charge. I was worried that it would be hard to switch out the part, but like the initial assembly process, it was really easy to switch out the needed part!From putting together so many I noticed I needed to be careful in loading the batteries (if using) because the fit of the cover for the battery compartment is very snug. And that sometimes I would think I had reloaded the sanitizer container correctly, but it was not pushed far back enough.I filled all ours with gel sanitizer and my initial test squirts have come out really clean. I have noticed sometimes they are coming out in a messy angled spray, but I think that is from the gel drying over the spout tip since they are used to infrequently with mininal traffic through our building right now.

A great dispenser! This gives just the right amount of gel sanitizer- I used purell advanced gel after seeing some reviews stating it would over dispense liquids. The base is wide enough and heavy enough that I don't fear it falling over if bumped or if used for an outdoor event. Took five minutes to assemble, and the sensor is great, you don't need to frantically wave or reinsert your hand to get it to dispense. Will order another to mount on a wall. I also like that you can use an AC adapter ( not included) to plug into a wall outlet instead of batteries if I choose.

Well Worth It ! Very easy to set up and looks great and very easy to place sanitizer in the machine. I bought two for the up front waiting room and are where being used asap as soon as put them up. They look really nice and the pts of course are very pleased too. I personally think they look better than have a Big Bottle of Purell up front with everyone touching that. During the COVID-19 pandemic, my office chose to use these battery operated, touchless sanitizer dispensers at the entrances to our hallway, that lead the the restrooms. We thought that since we have touch pad locks on our doors, that it would be nice to have something that you didn't have to touch to sanitize.The Luxton Automatic Hand sanitizer stations are great. They are easy and quick to assemble, and have a large reservoir to store the gel hand sanitizer. The recommended hand sanitizer is also not too runny and dries quickly. It also has a pleasant scent, as well. I also love that there is a catch tray that catches any excess sanitizer that may drip from the device. I also like that there are indicator lights to indicate whether the batter or sanitizer is low.Ordinarily, this would've gotten 5 stars, but this mechanism also does a few things that could possible be improved in future models. For one, once the unit and base are connected, the unit has the capability to spin on the base pole. It doesn't spin on its own-- but this capability gives the illusion that the unit isn't as sturdy as it could be, or is cheaply made. Second--- and probably the most inconvenient con for this unit, is that at times, the sanitizer shoots in different directions when you wave your hand under the censor. We haven't had our unit that long, so it would seem that it shouldn't be clogged or in need of a cleaning, just yet... We have had sanitizer shoot out onto the floor, walls, table... It doesn't just dispense straight down, every time. I'm not sure if the one on the other side of our office does this-- but the one on my side does.Other than that- I would recommend the unit- especially for offices in this pandemic.

I assembled the dispenser without a problem and stationed it at the entrance way to my office. All persons entering and leaving simply swipe their hand under and receive a dose of sanitizer. It's sturdy and sleek looking while being functional.

I bought two of the hand sanitizers and was impressed by how quickly they shipped (I had bought from a different company over 4 weeks before going with Luxton and they were still 4-6 weeks from shipping) and the ease of the assembly. The customer service I received when I mistakenly thought I was missing a screw was unmatched by any other company I have dealt with. I have also forward the product information to my national procurement team in case other offices are in need. Great product and better people.

This handy dispenser uses either gel or liquid hand sanitizer - helpful during these times when I don't know which I'll be able to obtain. The unit sits firmly on the floor with no shaking or wobbling. I especially love the overflow tray. With the liquid sanitizer, a little bit still gets on the floor but that might be from people removing their hand too soon. Initially purchased 3, then 3 more and finally 2 more. I think we've got our library covered now. Spoke with Customer Service about a delivery problem and it was rectified immediately. Couldn't ask for more!
