It's not value to buy honestly. First, the bag of it looks like a fake item(just like secondary packaging because the specification is sticked on the bag). second, if you wanna supplement Va, I prefer to suggest you to buy Cod Liver Oil . Third, I cannot feel that it works(It is just my feeling, so it may be wrong). Anyway, I dont think that it's value to buy.

Poorly presented product. Was not delivered in securely sealed packaging, presents as being unsafe product considering how dangerous high dose vitamin A can be. Spelling errors on the label confound this issue.

Vegan friendly and in a packet for less plastic packaging! no. taste, small and easy to swallow. They smell stange on the bag but they are ok.
