Like these ceramic pans a lot!
I like these Blue Diamond pans a lot. I used the 1 quart pan this morning to make scrambled eggs in. I love it.I like the other sizes too. I always use them on lower heat. 3 out of 9 settings. They work great. The very first one years ago I used on high heat and ruined it. :) Learned my lesson.

Do not use anything that is metal on metal to remove products and you will love these pans.e
Use wooden or plastic and you will love love love these non stick pans.

Sauce pans
They do heat even and cook very well so far I really like them, might by a skillet when I can afford it. It was a good choice

Cleaning is easy
I cook grits and if you have you know grits ruins most pans - not this one - there was no sticking at all which is unheard of with grits

Great cookware brand
Nothing sticks to these ceramic pans. I have six pieces of it now. Ceramic pans have come a long. No more toxic non-stick
