I used this tape to keep the electrical wires taped down to the hard wood floor. Works well but if, you don't catch the end before it rolls back on itself it will be hard to reuse it.

Used this as a mold release for resin infusion projects and dear god its great. Its way thinner than typical packing tape so it goes on the mold surfaces with easy and with no bubbles. Epoxy doesn't stick to it at all. It's thin so you can barely see an overlap. It works hilariously well. I grin in my sleep saving all that time waxing and polishing a mold. It's my best invented life hack of all time.

I am a first grade teacher and bought this tape thinking it would be great for attaching name plates to student desks. This tape was not good for that purpose. First, it's very flimsy and tore easily so getting the correct size was difficult. After I finally got everything taped down, the real issues began. This tape leaves behind a horrible sticky mess. I'm dreading cleaning my desks at the end of the year. As the tape comes up (kids have a tendency to pick at the tape), I just keep placing more tape over so I don't have to deal with the mess. I've already purchased a vat of goo gone and a razor because I am anticipating a couple hours of scraping and cleaning to get the tape off the desks.So, if you are using this tape and don't plan to take it off the surface, it should work okay for you but know that it is thin and rips easily. But if you want to be able to take it off the surface, do not use this tape.

Sometimes when you buy a used video game cartridge, the label comes damaged or missing. This kind of tape is often used to 'laminate' reproduction labels, however you can't buy this kind of tape wider than 2" at most stores, which is perfectly fine, but requires a seam as the tape isn't wide enough to cover the entire label, so you have to do multiple stripes beside each other. This wider 8" tape is wide enough that not only can I use it to do seamless labels, its also wide enough that I can print miniature reproduction boxes and laminate them as well. Protecting your investment is important, and this makes is easier to justify purchasing carts with damaged labels for your personal collection (always make sure to include 'reproduction label' somewhere on the label, especially if you intend to resell).

Horrid chemical smell though - I do my return labeling in the basement now!

I used this tape to trace car body parts for Dynamat installation. It worked great

For such a large tape dispenser, I should feel safe using it. However, there is no safety guard at the cutting mechanism. For the price, I could definitely be added for safety while not in use.

I wanted an extra-wide roll of packing tape so I could securely package a large box without using overlapping smaller pieces that could easily come off in transit. The tape is too thin and tears too easily. As a result, you end up with narrow strips instead of a great 6" piece. Unfortunately, it was a waste of good money. Don't waste yours.

I used this super wide tape to laminate a couple labels and it worked great. It is clear enough that the colours are not distorted.It was a successful experiment and I will continue to use it for this purpose.

i have ordered 3 of the big mouth products .Great products but i got 1 that was broken in 2 spots realy didnt want money back just a replacement got my refund in a couple of hours after droping it off at the post office definitely gonna re order a nothe 1 love the product fast on delivery and no ishows returning it Top Shelf !!!

Product was delivered quickly and works well. But it was very smelly tape. The odour was very strong when the package was opened. That’s why the 3 star rating. The tape works well.

If you purchase a 6 inch tape dispenser 0 this tape works perfectly but using your hands will piss you off :-)

I found it hard to use as regular box tape without the machine it's designed for, but I was using it to tape up a wall mirror to keep it from cutting my arm off when I broke it off the wall, and for this it worked perfectly.
