Sweetly Stevia Zero Calories Natural Stevia Sweetener, Granulated Sugar Substitute 1 lbs bag

My boss introduced me to this product and although the price is a little steep I purchased it and I'm completely happy that I did. I am staying away from sugar and was constantly using Sweet N Low, which I know is very bad for you, but I just can't drink my coffee and tea without some sort of sweetener. This product is amazing and does the job. You don't need very much at all, so although the price may be slightly high compared to other brands I feel it will last a long time. I used one Tbls in my cup of tea and it was very sweet. I probably only needed a tsp. Keep in mind I like my drinks very sweet so this shows you how little you need. I will definitely attempt to use this in all my baking and will purchase again when I run low. I highly recommend this product!

Tastes like sugar, or better, and Water Processed makes it the best and safest...

Made a mistake ordering 2 packages of this stuff. No labeling on packaging as you see on all other food items such as ingredients, calories etc. Is that even legal to do that on food items? All it has is a front label.Thought stevia is stevia? Nope. This stuff has an aftertaste that hangs around, AND it has a very subtle sweetness level in the background almost. Yuck. I presume whatever filler is used leads to the aftertaste, but who knows.I regret making the purchase. I am sticking with my normal Stevia choice from now on. Getting this was no savings at all. It's going in the garbage.

Apart from the expense, I liked the fact that there are lots of recipes for me to adapt also to my gluten-free diet

I put it in coffee, tea, cereal, and I bake with it as well. The best!

The first time I got this Sweetly Stevia product, I noticed NOTHING was stated on the bag as to what it really contained other than the name as "Sweetly Stevia". Later on a website, I saw mention of the following as a side note: bulking agent, fructose crystalline, stevia (aka Steviol Glycosides Leafs extracts Rebaudiosides), Natural Flavor and Silica. Do you see any mention of sugar alcohol, aka Erythritol?? Nope. NOW, on Amazon, there is suddenly mention of the latter which causes a lot of us to have digestive issues like gas and diarrhea. I am appalled.

I have a variety of sugar substitutes in my cupboard and this is my favorite. It seems expensive until you realize a little goes a very long way. I’m a diabetic on a keto diet and keeping my A1C3s down in the normal range without meds. Using this kind of sugar substitute has eliminated my body craving “normal” sugar. I don’t get that benefit from erithritol. I do use erithritol with monk fruit when adapting recipes but this particular version of stevia is my favorite.
