So, I'll start off with the only thing I noticed: At the start of using this, it was so solid it was genuinely cutting off pressure to my legs. It said "medium foam" but I hate to think how bad the hard is.But, after a day or two of use, and a small cushion, it's comfy by itself. It's not luxurious, and like a soft cushion, but it's comfy. It just needed to mould to my legs a bit before it was all good. I wouldn't want to feel like I'm on a sofa while working anyway. It's like, a solid comfy. Don't know how else to describe it. Maybe a good bike seat.Other than that, it's solid, easy to roll, easy to assemble (bar the back rest - if you screw one side on first all the way you'll probably never manage it) and very supportive. I had pretty bad piles from my last chair I kept way too long, and they're genuinely going away just within a few days. So from that alone, 5*.

You shouldn’t make arrows in book, it made me waste 30 minutes cause I thought I’m doing it all wrong , remove arrows from chair in pictures , otherwise 10/10 it’s so comfy

I've used this chair for a few months and the back rest is already completely broken due to the way it is attached via two small hinges which allow you to tilt the back rest. It sits tilted extremely far back and off centre even when all the way forward. You'd need a curved spine to sit in it comfortably, I say sit but it's angled so far back it's more like lying down. My previous chair cost less, was built much better and lasted several years. Also if you're taller than average this chair isn't for you. Avoid this and look for another chair.

Didnt even last 6 months , not strenuous use just an office chair , the metal holding it up inside snapped at the welded joints , not worth buying if this is a common issue

Not as portrayed, have been using the chair for 2 months and have been finding it very uncomfortable whilst working from home. Would prefer to return

My butt really hurts after an hour or two. Like.. really bad lol so I ordered a memory foam cushion and I'm really hoping it will fix my issue because I really dont want to go through returning a huge item
