The media could not be loaded. It's been a week since I got it but I can say it was a great purchase, totally worth it, super fast, light weight and the battery lasts throughout my day. Love it and would totally recommend it. I love the fingerprint feature as well.

This laptop has everything I need. It's fast, very lightweight, and just perfect for the average user. Only little complaint I have is that the light on the caps lock key is so faint that I can barely see it. Highly recommend !(Asus is giving me a 3 mo. warranty extension).

I'm very happy with this so far. Runs fast for what I need. The only thing I'd like to see is the speakers moved but that's minor for me.

Love my new computer Am having a problem with games on Google Chrome crashing. Have to completely shut computer down and reboot for it to work for a few minutes. Probably a Chrome problem. Hopefully, will figure it out. My old laptop, which is basically falling apart, never/still doesn't have that problem, so am disappointed to have to deal with it on new laptop. Love the lighted keyboard.

This is very fast laptop. Best among its peers with 7nm processesor technology and expandable RAM.

The specs on paper for this laptop were great but it was clear that some corners were cut and features missing, I'm guessing to get the price this low. My wifi signal was very weak in places where I didn't have problems with other devices. The USB charging doesn't go over 500mA. It will not charge your devices while you use them. Hardly. This was a feature in my last acer that I didn't know I needed.

Price was right and Great Value.

I am okay with this laptop in most respects, but I am concerned that the display has poor contrast at most angles. I am looking at graphs online and literally can't see elements of the graph (they are so faint that they disappear) until I tilt the screen at just the right angle.

Comenzar diciendo que es de asus por lo que ya se espera un producto de calidad, el unico detalle es el teclado en ingles pero si lo configuras en modo internacional con la tecla ctrl + n puedes escribir la ñ solo es cuestion de acostumbrarse fuera de eso con la memoria ssd la computadora desde apagada hasta el escritorio toma segundos, es muy rapida y la pantalla se ve genial, me gusta que con la tecla de configuracion puedes elegir que tanto brillan las teclas del teclado para ajustarlo de dia y de noche, a pesar de no tener una tarjeta grafica dedicada es capaz de correr juegos como minecraft e incluso halo the master chief collection sin ningun problema a graficos altos, a pesar de eso el ventilador apenas y se escucha y no se calienta para nada, aunque juegos como cod warzone definitivamente no pudo correrlo, al final de cuentas no esta pensada para juegos pero algunos titulos mas antiguos es mas que capaz, todo abre super rapido, tambien es una sorpresa grata ver que se puede expandir la memoria ram se puede colocar otra memoria de 8gb y levantar hasta 16gb en total la lap, y dentro del empaque tambien encuentras una pequeña base para colocar un disco duro secundario ya sea un hhd o ssd, al final de cuentas por el precio muy buena compra solo que a mi me costo encontrarla por que suele acabarse rapido, lo unico que no me gusto es que el empaque venia la lap dentro de una caja demasiado grande sin nada para amortiguar los golpes por dentro por lo que imagino vino golpeandose la lap pero al final no tuvo ningun detalle.

I like it very much ! Its only been a day since i have it but I am so glad of my purchase already! It was a great deal for the money! I can even play games on it like Minecraft and Overwatch smoothly. I think the battery life is not the best but the charger is also very easy to transport. The thickness of the laptop is great too! Not too thick and it is not too heavy either! I can lift it with one hand and i like its design a lot. The keyboard feels really nice and the backlight is so great to have ! Over all, its a very good laptop for the price !

I loved it out of the box, best deal I could find on a 6 core laptop! I was looking for a quad or so, but the i5 quad I was comparing this to had a TN panel. For $100 extra I get so much more with AMD through ASUS, 6-core Ryzen 5 4500U is pretty snappy and despite its size, you can theoretically fit a 2.5” drive inside, it comes with a HDD kit! My wife’s old drive didn’t fit, but I feel like they could have gotten thinner after she bought her last laptop almost 10 years ago... So she’s happy with her upgrade too 😅

Ordered this. Shipping took longer then expected but when it did arrive I was very impressed. For the price I’m not sure you could get a better deal on a computer. Battery life is good and the finger print reader works better then expected and speeds up your log on time
