Being a solar-powered light, I knew when buying it that it would ONLY turn on at night... which is what I wanted because it is used in our goat barn. I am, however, dissatisfied that the section of the cord used for the remote control ... does not work. Meaning, the remote control aspect of it did not work on the one I bought. We had to take that section off of the cord and attach it to the cord normally.Additionally, PLEASE pay attention to the actual size of the lights. I bought them not knowing they were only 5.9 inches diameter. This is my own fault because I went by the photo that made them look larger than they are. So, please make you realize the size because I did not lmfao. They still work, though, for what I need them for.

The solar panel detects whether there's any light and, if there is, it shuts off the lights. That's dumb. Sheds are dark, even during the day. I want a light that can be turned on during the day.Ordinarily, I'd return this. But I've already modified it (I cut into one of the cables to put in a magnetic switch, so that when I open the shed door, the light turns on). So I guess I'm stuck with it.

Got these solar barn shed lights and told every one of my friends , workers and family how epic amazing they are super bright , easy as pie to install, lightweight , so perfect I might but more for other areas in my house , boat , rv or anywhere I might need more light. I cant get over how Bright and powerful these little lights are and the ease in which to install not to mention the remotes they come with are flawless and makes it like a far more expensive alternative

Seems pointless to have a remote if it turns on automatically each night! I guess you can use the remote to turn it off when you don't need it. This is great is you want an outdoor day/night light, but not for an indoor shed or garage.

Using it in a shed ,the lighting is very good. I love that it was bright. My only problem is that I would like to use it during the day and it wont turn on it has a remote. As soon as it gets dark it turns on automatically and can be turned off with the remote. The instructions say to cover the solar panel to use during the day but that didn't work for me.

Installed this in a shed with the purpose of being able to turn on light in the shed when it is dark outside.As other reviewers pointed out, the light comes on by itself, so the remote control is only useful to turn it off. And because it turns on when getting dark, the battery runs out in the early morning. The light probably works as intended, but it would be a lot more useful if you could choose between "default on" and "default off". Now it is only "Default on".

We put these in a 10x 14 storage they light up pretty good! The remote it’s all that but we leave them on anyways so it doesn’t really matter. This was a good buy!

Me gusto la facilidad de carga y su duracion de encendido, no me gusto que es de tono amarillo, hubiera preferido luz blanca.

Excelente producto, fácil de usar y con alto rendimiento, funciona excelentemente el control y sus funciones. La iluminación es mucho mejor de lo que se espera de unanlpara tan pequeña, muy buen producto.
