i was looking for a keyboard for my ipad for college and this is amazing. it works as a mini laptop! it was easy to set up, came charged, pretty and very good quality. the color is great, it’s not too heavy and i can easily type. i love how the screen can be turned around so i can use it as a stand instead of a laptop all the time, i really like this case and i think it’s worth the money. also came a few days early, so very fast shipping! :))

The touchpad is a bit hard, but the keyboard works great and turns your iPad into a small laptop. It is heavy, so if I had a 13-inch MacBook, I would definitely take that. After a few weeks on a trip, the backside has multiple scratches; however, if you don't mind that - it's a neat iPad cover that works great on a plane, does the job, and gives you a keyboard and a touchpad to work with and lasts your days without backlight.The keyboard backlight adjusts to your needs and lasts about 4 hours. Without a backlight, I used the keyboard for weeks without charging it once.

Excellent Seller service, first class packaging, nice poduct, but with some issues to make it a 'great' product.1. It is a VERY tight case to open and probably cannot open easily one handed.2. Nothing much to tell the top from the bottom3. With the iPad installed this make for a heavy package and heavier than my MacBook Air4, Scratches pretty easily making it difficult to not acceptable for returns and Is VERY slick/slippery.5. The Control & FN keys are reversed from the actual Apple keyboards6. The pen holder should be on top of the case or integrated into the case. Makes the case a hard fit for some brief or messenger bags.7. The hinge is very tight, but, because it does not cover the full width of the case, it can tend to be pretty wobbly when using the iPad screen or home button.Having mentioned all of this, it IS a nice keyboard case, the keys and trackpad work well and smoothly.

I was certainly very hesitant to purchase this but the amount of good reviews it had convinced me to give it a go. The first thing I noticed upon receiving this was the quality of the packaging and presentation. It was well presented and very secure. Opening it I noticed that it was also pretty heavy for an iPad case which meant it may be more sturdy than flimsy. The fit was perfect for my iPad and the instructions were easy, simple, and clear to read. It only took minutes to unbox this and have it connected and in use. While I don’t need it, the touchpad is an added bonus and so isn’t the ability to swivel and collapse the case into a tablet from a laptop setting. This case is very stable, sturdy, and seemingly well made.Aside from these great features there are some cons that are merely preference over anything else. The material is rather smooth on the outside rather than textured and this is a risk for dropping it while being carried; the apple pen holder is external and flimsy; the LED backlight only has one full color (white/ice) and a selection of RGB combos rather than individual colors; it is hard to gauge whether the keyboard is charged or not with the multiple different light colors and flashes - haven’t had a dead keyboard but it’s confusing; the price point is a little high.Otherwise it’s a great case and I’m happy with it. I use it in multiple facets - as a student, for personal entertainment and leisure, and for work related typing. It does everything I need and more.

I've used lots of keyboards. I like this one because it feels well built. It has a reminder sticker on the left side how to connect and misc. other functions.It really worked great for about 7 months and then died. I'm a fairly heavy user, and it worked flawlessly for months. Since it had a warranty, I contacted the manufacture by email. After several emails, they agreed to send me a new one and I had a new one at my door two days after contacting them. I was impressed with the customer service. I really like the case. The new one worked great. Connected in seconds works without issue.— Updated - 7/9/24 — changed to 5 star review. Customer service reached out to me again, wondering if water got on keyboard. I don’t recall that happening. They specifically noted that the keyboard is not waterproof. I changed it to 5 star because the keyboard works so good and customer service was so great. I would suggest if one does buy it, take extra effort to avoid any water or any type of condensation.

I bought this and after about a month, the keyboard was not responding. Within 24 hours of contacting customer service they troubleshooted and sent out a new one, free of charge. And it works perfectly!

Love this iPad case and its versatility. The ability to effectively turn your iPad into a laptop is very nice to have. Track pad is very responsive. Battery life seems to last a good amount of time. If I had to offer any downside, it’s that the product is heavier than a normal case with the iPad in it. However, this doesn’t bother me.

Performance for this keyboard case is good. Pairing went smoothly and, except for the mediocre translation, the instructions were straightforward. The design and functionality is where this product is in need of improvement. I purchased two cases — one for me and one for my 83-year old mom who struggles with mobility and strength issues. I do not have the same problems as my mom, but the following were product pain points for both of us.* Size — the product description says that the ultra-thin design and weight make it easy to take it anywhere. However when it is closed, and with a combined case and iPad weight of more than 2.5 lbs, it is clunky and feels heavier than it is.* Stand — middle connector is a little too narrow and makes the stand wobbly;* Rotation — the tightness is significant and takes a lot of force to turn and feels like it could be a weak point, susceptible to breakage;* Case durability — product description indicates that the case is “made of high-quality ABS material…” However, after two days of light use, the case color rubbed off at the pressure points when closed.

me parece un producto esencial para los que tenemos ipad y aún no nos acostumbramos a ella! Todo le funciona muy bien, el teclado súper bonito, el trackpad funciona súper y el color y calidad me parecen increíbles por el precio. el único problema que le veo es que las teclas que corresponden a los signos (ejemplo:;><{}][) están raras, como que están cuatrapeadas, al revés y hay que buscarle cómo ponerlas, pero bueno, ese es la única falla que le he encontrado… ya veremos.SI INCLUYE LA Ñ pero es la tecla de :;

Over the last few days, some of the keys on the keyboard(O, I and a couple of other letters) have stopped working and it has not even been 6 months since I have bought this. I am very disappointed given the reviews and the price of the product. Could I get a resolution for this please?
