I now have two! I have been having alot of shoulder pain sleeping on my side but have been unsuccessful in switching to another sleeping position. I saw this pillow to help straighten back to put this pressure on the shoulder. It helps with the shoulder pain to a degree but what surprised me is just the overall flexibility of the pillow. I have used it behind my neck, on my knees, to elevate feet, as my “hug” pillow. It has greatly improved my sleep
