I ordered a one-piece tabletop, but I received a two-piece. Called customer service, and they remedied my situation. Within two business days (four total days including the weekend), they sent a one-piece, slightly larger, and black-colored tabletop. Overall, the desk quality is greater than what I paid for with the replacement desktop, the build quality meets expectations, and the functionality of the motor and controlling device are perfect. No current issues after having the desk for the past two weeks. I love the ability to sit/stand at my desk and the versatility of acquiring the perfect 90 degree angle for my arms to meet the right desk height.

Very easy to assemble also has a lot of extras like a hole for wires and stick zip ties for cable management, also has a pull out price for a keyboard and mouse or a notebook. All in all great product just a bit bigger than expected.

I've had this desk for three years & it's worked perfectly fine until today when the up function stopped working. Another buyers reset tip in reviews saved the day! It's sturdy, works great, and I've used it up and down daily for 3 years.

We bought this product in Dec 2021 and used it very very lightly. i do not do wfh often and might have used the "HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE LIFT SYSTEM" on this product, may be 10+ times in last 2 years. it was working fine, until last month when the lift system started to malfunction. Currently, the lowering function works on the desk lift system, but the rising function doesn't. I would understand that this could be normal wear and tear, had i used this function every day for last 2 years. But i hardly used this desk and yet it is now a dead weight that serves as just another table. Expected a better quality from a product of $200+ value.Edit: Changed star rating from 1 to 4 star. I called the customer care after no response from them on my original review. The person i spoke to helped me troubleshoot the issue and it is fixed right away. Leaving the troubleshooting steps here for anyone else facing the same problem.Troubleshooting steps:1) Unplug the desk and plug it back to the power source2) Press both up and down button together for 10 secs and release them3) Press down button alone for 15 secs and release itThis should reset the lift mechanism. We are really happy with this simple and well-made standing desk. The electric height adjustment is fantastic. We bring it up to work and for a day today take it back down easily. It wasn’t hard to assemble.

The holes to tighten two boards are not well aligned so there is a gap between the two boards after assembling. Kind of annoying

I had a standing desk contraption that converted a standard desk to a standing desk but it was so bulky. Since I like to work standing and sitting, be on Zoom calls at a flattering angle, this seemed like a perfect solution and I was not wrong. This desk is lean and mean and so easy to adjust. Let's face it we all deserve this flexibility.
