I realize these heads need a week or two to break-in but this one never did. It had a strange noise rattle from the beginning that never went away and never did shave as close as the year old head I was replacing. I ordered another and it seems to be smooth right from the beginning. I've had Norelcos for decades and I know how smooth and quiet they run. This one sounded like a threshing machine.

The media could not be loaded.  It's made of all plastic first, and every time I try to clean it the head completely fell apart and it is extremely hard to get back together. The head is much harder on the face skin than the last one I bought. This head also requires much more power to run causing an excessive drain on the battery. I could not recommend this product to anyone.

My razor has a sensor that requires replacement after using for a time. This head is not as good as the original and chafes my face when I use it.

I thought I had just got one bad replacement head. But now I have bought several hoping for a better shaving head like I remember. But NO! They seem all bad. The one I have now does not shave well, pulls hairs, takes for ever to get the best shave possible with these bad blades and my current one just fell apart while shaving and the bottom half of the blades separated and will not hold the things together. How could NORELCO have fallen to a bad product.

I have used Norelco shavers for 40+ years and have never had a shaver head just completely fall apart like this one did.

Product packaging hard to open. Instruction is pictures without words and hard to understand. AThere is an option to buy just the blades but this is even more difficult. But Norelco has the monopoly so it is going to be expensive any way you look at it.

The original head was much more sturdy and lasted over a year. The new head was visibly less sturdy with no support in the middle of the three circles and started day one with snagging on hairs.. I find it hard to enjoy like I did the original one.. also, I found it slightly more difficult for it to click back on after cleaning the blades; sometimes I have to force it for it to work. Just overall less satisfied with this head since I’m required to shave every day for my job.

Loved my old razor so I wanted to prolong its life by replacing the blades, which you can't buy any longer, so I ordered these. what a waste. There is NOTHING to like about them. Gives uncomfortably shave and fell apart after the first month and won't go back to together. Took it to a repair shop and they couldn't fix it either. Worst buy ever.
