Good product, note observations on installation
Works great, requires attentive installation and alignment.I installed the stem to a baseboard with the supplied screws. Note that height of the anchoring plate adds to the diameter of the final object, so the plate needs to be slightly below the top to avoid having the base of the stem above the top of the baseboard. I would recommend drilling one hole, mounting the plate (with cental screw inserted) and then drilling the other 2 holes after dry-fitting the stem. The split ring locking washer (on the included anchor) is too thick to add to the inside of the plate (and won't do any good on the outside of the plate) so a thin locking washer would be better, but I found the friction created by tightening the stem to be more than sufficientAfter mounting the stem, to install the door component, magnetically link the door component and mark the position on the door after bringing the door into contact. First mark the other ring with a pencil, drill and insert one screw, dry fit (adjust as needed) and then drill the second hole.Initially the internal magnet (receiving portion on the door) got misaligned with the process of taking things apart, once I reinstalled the magnet (curved edge in direct contact with the receiving cap) it was more than strong enough. The plastic piece goes between the spring and the receiving portion.

Once you get it installed, it works like a champ
INSTALLATION TIP: DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE AND HOT GLUE ARE YOUR FRIENDS TO MAKE THIS A SMOOTH INSTALL.Get yourself a roll of double-sided tape and some hot glue to do this installation. The two components (the larger stopper on the wall side, and the smaller catch on the door side) have mounting plates which mount completely flush to the wall and are contained within the body of the units they are holding. The stopper has a mounting plate and a completely threaded headless screw. You would mount the plate to the wall, screw the headless screw into the mounting plate, and then screw the stopper on to the headless screw. The trick, of course, is figuring out where to mount the plate. So here's what I did. It's probably needlessly complex, but it worked really well for me:1. Start by removing the mounting plate and the headless screw.2. Screw the headless screw into the mounting plate. Make sure it does not extend past the bottom of the mounting plate.3. Using some hot glue, glue the screw to the plate on the underside. There is a small divot where glue can sit.4. Once the glue cools, screw the assembly into the stopper, leaving it just barely above flush with the bottom of the stopper.5. Stick a strip of double-sided tape on the bottom of the mounting plate.6. Position the stopper where it will be mounted, and press the mounting plate into the wall.7. Carefully unscrew the stopper from the mounting plate assembly. The assembly should remain stuck to the wall with the double-sided tape.8. Secure the mounting plate to the wall with its included screws/anchors as needed.9. Reattach the stopper to the (now fixed) mounting plate. Now, for the door catch. The mounting plate for the door catch is threaded, so it doesn't require a separate headless screw. The mounting plate screws directly on to the catch. For this part, follow the instructions in the box to weaken the magnet by using the included rubber glove fingertips.1. After weakening the magnet, screw the mounting plate into the catch until it is just barely protruding from the bottom of the catch.2. Stick a piece of double-sided tape on the mounting plate.3. Attach the catch assembly to the stopper allowing the magnet to hold it in place.4. Open the door into the stopper/catch assembly. The double-sided tape will engage on the door.5. While holding on to the catch, separate the stopper from the catch. The weaker magnet aids you here so that you don't pull the catch mounting plate off of the door.6. Press the catch into place on the door firmly.7. Carefully unscrew the catch assembly from the mounting plate. The mounting plate will remain stuck on the door with the double-sided tape.8. Secure the mounting plate to the door with the included screws.9. Reassemble the catch; adjust the strength of the magnet to your liking.Maybe I made it too complicated, but this method worked well for me, and I was able to position the catch and the stopper exactly where they needed to be.Hopefully this helps you to have a more pain-free installation.(EDIT) This stopper/door catch is ROCK SOLID. It works amazingly well Ideally, you never want to have to think about it unless it becomes necessary, which happens in one of two ways:1. someone opens the door too forcefully2. you need to hold the door openAnd this door stopper is just genius. The piston mechanism in the stopper slows the door down just enough that even if it is opened forcefully, the stopper slows it down before it bottoms out. And the magnet is strong enough to hold the door securely open (even solid core garage doors) until you are ready to close it.If I could give it six stars, I would.

Works
The exception is the M8 bolt that comes with it, is too short by a few mm. Otherwise it works as advertised.

works well
Already have one and it works so well I decided to add one to another door.

Works great
When it arrived, I could hardly separate the two pieces, given the strength of the magnets. I worried that I would have to use the included rubber "buffers" that would weaken the pull. However, with the weight of the door and the strength of the spring that automatically closes the door (to the garage), the holding strength is perfect. The printed installation instructions are not very helpful. The supplied QR code connects one to a more helpful video. Installation is not very complicated, but it helps to know how it comes apart - a necessary step for installation. I mounted the wall piece, then used double-sided tape on the door piece to mark its placement.

Super Quiet Door Stopper that is gentle on the door and doesn't wake my wife with a loud CLANG!
The media could not be loaded. I replaced my old bathroom door stopper (you know the one; rigid metal stopper that blasts a loud thunk when the magnets come together) with one of these hydraulic shock absorbant Neoera Magnetic door stoppers. The instal was super easy and took about 5 minutes. What you're left with is a much more elegant and updated stopper that is functionally smoother and gentler on the door and it's hardware. I'm convinced that the repetitive clunking of the door against the old, unforgiving stopper is the reason that I would have to tighten up or replace the hinge hardware and screws every few years. The shock of hitting that stopper would make the door shudder every time it was used, literally working the door off the hinges over time. This hydraulic stopper is incredibly more gentle by comparison. The stopper gives as the door comes in contact with the stop. No more rattling upon contact and... no more waking my wife up in the middle of the night with a loud CLANG from the old stopper! This is a great product!
