I too have green eyes. I use the browns. It is my favorite pallette, has some matte and some shimmery.

Q: which ones of the blue and green shades are matte?

Hello, thank you for your question on this palette. The only matte shades in this palette are the first vertical blue shade on the left hand side and the third shade in that same row. The other blue and green shades vary in the amount of shimmer. Have a great day!
