check for used syringes in Amazon packages!!
I put my left brooks shoe on which felt fine and then my right. My right shoe felt like it had something in it. I looked under the sole of my right shoe and I found two syringes and they both have liquid in them. I have a witness to this and it will be reported!!

No Pain No Gain is entirely False
I bought these sneakers while a bit "tipsy"- I sent a pic of the sneaker to the guy I was with and we laughed at how tipsy I was as the color is horrendous- all that being said- I was excited to try them out when they arrived. put them on- they felt great went for a 3 mile walk. About a mile in- heel started bleeding on left foot. I stopped- pulled the laces super tight and was ok rest of the walk. Next day I usually switch sneakers but I said- let me break them in- went on a 3 mile- half run and walk with band aid on.....it felt ok- the sneaker feels perfect- quick- but that heel rubs. Now today I had to do some errands- I said ok let me wear them around. Put 2 band aids on- literally limping around do to my heel/achilles being so sore. I took them off- put on my AllBirds runners- and my feet feel fantastic in the Allbirds. these Brooks are a zero!!!!! I wish I read the reviews before I purchased- You shouldn't have to limp around and bleed due to a new pair of sneakers- These sneakers are now in my trash

These are awesome if you like the back of your ankles to be bloody.
The backs of these are just tall enough to rub the back of my ankle raw. I have to put on bandaids to walk around the block.

Too expensive to have such a serious flaw.
I love that these are lightweight and generally comfortable. However, as so many others have pointed out about Brooks shoes, there's no consideration of the achilles tendon. The shoes hug the foot nicely, but they press against my achilles tendon with every step, and have caused the worst blisters I've ever had. I'm not sure why this aspect of their design hasn't been corrected, as hundreds of reviews online cite this as a serious issue. For now I'm going to bandage my foot while wearing them and hope for the best.

AWESOME COLORS - Shoes DO NOT match, read review.
SO, I didn't notice when I ordered these that the shoes were colored to be exact opposite of each other. When they arrived, I was a little confused but as I laced them up and whatever, I discovered how SICK this shoes really are. They are AWESOME. They are essentially an American flag expressed through shoe design. There are stars on the red side Brooks logo and stripes on the blue side Brooks logo. They are SO comfortable and the colors are just fantastic. They thought of every detail. The laces are one blue, one red. Everyone I show them off to say, dude...those are awesome. I was NOT paid to write this review and straight up...comfortable, good for walking, good for running, lightweight and they look awesome. Only ONE thing, the white gets scuffed up easily, but sneaker cleaner can fix that.

Great for distsn
Great lightweight running shoes. Hubby runs about 100 miles per month and buys shoes regularly. He often deals with shin splints but has not had any issues since running in these. It has a minimal drop and cushions his stride well. He tends to need a wider toe box and a decent amount of cushioning around the heal. These offered both. A great long-distance running shoe!

Look No Further Than Brooks!
Lightest shoe ever, wonderful cushion. Brooks is the best.

Ready to re-Launch
There was a version of the Launch line (I think previous to this) that got away from what I loved about them. They were bulky and boxy, and they didn’t really even look like Launches, the simple but stylish and light with the right drop for me. These are back to what made them my favorite running shoes, although they are just a little stiffer, which wasn’t an issue for me. The price on Amazon was better than any running store I went to. I really love these shoes. Just a note: I’m a size 12 with a slightly narrow foot (actually, now that I think about it, BOTH of my feet are narrow), and they fit perfectly.
