Very effective in relieving acidic stomach!
These taste like butterscotch chalk, but just do a chaser of something tastier. They work great on my reflux, and sensitive stomach. Take them before or after a meal. Great price!

Great price but a big question remains
Gaviscon is essential to manage my GERD-related problems. I used to get it as Costco but now I can't find it there or in other Tucson locations. So I decided to give this a try. Seems fine so far and the price can't be beat. However, I am troubled by no information being provided as to where the pills are made. Triggered by writing this review, I just posted this question; perhaps we'll have an answer by the time this review appears. However, the country of origin (not distribution) should be transparently displayed on the package. I don't knowingly buy things made in certain countries and hope this did not come from China. Also, the flavour should be specified. Someone else asked this question and the answer was "mild and pleasant." That's not the flavour - it's butterscotch, folks. I'm fine with that - others might not be.

Effective antacid
This antacid was recommended by my doctor. It works well, and I've purchased it several times as needed.

Better alternative to Gaviscon
Since Gaviscon is becoming harder and harder to find you can't go wrong with these. Bought these before we ran out of Gaviscon just in case. No complaints and the taste is better than Gaviscon. Will be buying these moving forward.

Not Returnable-Taste Wretched
On the item page, it states eligible for returns/refunds. Click that link and it says only unopened in original packaging. I order too many things on amazon to read the return policy fine print on every item. Well, these taste absolutely horrid. Like putrefied fruit that somehow has a slightly minty taste. Wretched. Rancid and what ever other word for gross you can think of. I could barely swallow one. I should have spit it out. So now I have 2 bottles that I guess will go in the trash. Zero stars.
