Good taste but not as strong
I found the taste of this pretty close to the nespresso brand ristretto that I liked. I also found this to be a little weaker. Compared to Nespresso the color coming out changed slightly sooner to cream then white. I started using twice as much so this brand became more expensive.

Not the same as Nespresso Indriya
I was hoping for a good substitute for Nespresso’s discontinued Indriya, as this was reviewed to be, but it’s not. The pods feel flimsy....not my favorite but it was worth a try.

Wanted to love it but the texture wasn't very good
The taste was OK but the texture and consistency was thin. It didn't feel rich and creamy like my Nespresso Arpeggio and Ristretto. I wanted these to work because the price is good but I immediately went back to my original Nespresso pods.

The shipment arrived very rapidly and in great condition. I was worried that Gourmesso wouldn't be as tasty as Nespresso, but my concerns vanished with the first cup. Gourmesso capsules come wrapped, in groups of two, in a candy-style little pouch, which seemed to improve freshness because the coffee was very aromatic, even more than Nespresso. The capsules worked perfectly with the Nespresso machine without any problem and the coffee was extremely flavorful. It is hard for me to choose which brand is better, but I noticed that Gourmesso's coffee was a little less bitter than Nespresso's. I've been using the Gourmesso capsules now for a week and I am sure I'll be buying more in the near future.

Definately a happy customer
I ordered the Ristretto blend (intensity 10). Although it didn't seem as intense as the Nespresso brand, it is still a good coffee. Plenty of taste without the acidic aftertaste (or the Nespresso price). It goes well by itself or in a cappuccino. I will order it again and will probably end up auto-shipping. At this price, I can try all the different blends!

Ok but....
OK but quality of coffee not up to nespresso.. a bit watery probably weaker coffee or less coffee in pod.I do doubles, so have to do one nepresso and one of these to get an acceptable espresso..

A coffeeholic's opinion.
Have you ever heard of reverse mortgages? Here is a reverse review. I'm giving Gourmesso the same number of stars I give Nespresso: FOUR and ONE HALF, but in reverse:.Nespresso 5 stars for the taste and 4 stars for the price.Gourmesso 5 stars for the price and 4 stars for the taste. But don't forget: "De gustibus non est disputandum." While the taste differs from person to person, the price is the sure thing!

Grotesque Experience!
Grotesque! Yes, the actual capsules worked PERFECTLY in the Nespresso machine but the off-label or let us call it "generic' GOURMESSO coffee inside the GOURMESSO capsules I can only describe, based on my recent experience, as downright grotesque. The coffee was 'old' and 'weak' and tasted as if someone had just left it exposed, out in the open for weeks. Yet, the plastic outside packaging and the capsules were intact. However, the coffee was downright disgusting. I suppose that there is some reason that genuine Nespresso coffees and capsules are still well in business and cost a tad more. My experience with GOURMESSO was much, much less than disappointing. I hope you have better luck and feel 'lucky'.
