These are a great buy for people with sensitive skin. They are also a great value and quality!

I love these! I repurchase these regularly.Unfortunately, they do fall out easily, but at $7 for 40 of them, one pack lasts a while (MUCH longer than the $10 6-9 piece packs from walmart.) Even though these do fall out pretty easily, I still prefer them to the l-shape studs or corkscrews because if you knock these out accidentally, you don't feel like you've ripped your entire nostril off, which causes much less irritation for me in the long run.I do have sensitive skin, never had any issues with these and I'm on at least my third or fourth box over the course of the past three years or so.I use these for my nose as well as my tragus piercings. I have both nostrils as well as both tragus done, and I love these because I have small ears and a small nose, so the size is perfect. I also love that these lay flat, they're very subtle and I actually got away with wearing these in my nose when I was working in places with stricter dress codes than I do now. Plus, since they lay flat, they don't catch on my glasses nearly as much.I cannot give these enough praise, they're simple, dainty, and they're all identical, which is a huge plus for me because I like simple, basic jewelry that matches everything to pair with accent pieces.

These are great quality and last forever considering I'm always losing mine. Also the diamond stays shiny and doesn't get all gross and dull like others.

You get a lot for your money and they do look nice. They are teeny tiny though and fall out very easy! But again, not bad for the price. They don’t turn colors or cause problems.

I was looking for small dainty earrings that don’t tarnish or turn black and these do the trick! It’s been at least 2 years since I had these and they are so easy to clean & wear. I also ordered the metal point ball earrings with these and love to mix and match between the two. This order also came with a lot of pairings which was perfect in case you lose any! I have about 6 piercings in each ear so this order covered all of them. I leave my earrings in for awhile before I change them out but I have been rotating this set only for the last 2 years and I still love them! I also wear them in the shower, & swim with them on!

I have always preferred the stick in or "L" shape nose rings like this, but I was perpetually frustrated bc let's face it: sometimes they fall out doing sports/get rubbed out in a deep sleep/etc etc etc and since I used to buy my nose studs at my local piercing shop, this meant I was constantly having to run there and buy two (i would always buy a second so I’d always have one for backup and additionally bc the stones on the ones I bought locally had a habit of falling out, rendering the nose ring as good as nothing). Secondly, I hated the poor quality and high price of my local piercers nose studs-the stones frequently fell out, and I was paying over $13 for ONE nose ring!! After seeing these on Amazon and the reviews I decided wth I will order a pack of 40, paid little over $8 for the lot and when I received I was impressed. The first time I ordeeed I didn’t know what size rhinestone I wanted so I ended up re-ordering the same 40 pack but with the larger size stones and let me tell you, I have not used anything else since nor will I!! At this price I don’t have to panic or stress everytkme I misplace one, drop it down be drain, or have it disappear in a hotel bed! And the quality is phenomenal, I have never lost a stone out of any of these and I have since ordered two more packs of the exact same ones I’ve been so happy with them. I’ve highly recommended to friends who use them as opposed to paying more for Lower quality at a local “professional” piercing jeweler. I have sensitive skin also worth noting and these have not cause any irritation or migration (in fact, since no longer using the “L” shaped ones, my nose has not gotten any irritation even after removing and putting in and out repeatedly or leaving out for a time. Highly recommend you will not find better and the price is simply amazing

I love that these come in a variety of colors and you get a lot for a great price. They are small but cute. The problem is that they fall out very easily. I lost my first one after only wearing it for a couple hours. There is practically nothing preventing them from falling out because the ball on the end is so small. Obviously it has to be small enough that you can put it in, but it also needs to stay in. These are fine if you want something cheap and want to be able to switch out the colors but they are very unstable. I find myself constantly checking to make sure it’s still in my nose. They are pretty comfortable, but knowing that it can fall out at any time is annoying. If you want nose rings that you can keep for a long time, don’t buy these. Otherwise, the amount you get for a good price does make these a decent buy as long as you don’t mind losing them.

Looks nice, works. only thng is the ball on the end is a little too small so stud can come out easy but other than that it is good n would buy again.
