I bought this product because it was much cheaper than one that I was using which had identical ingredients on the label. So far I have not noticed any changes in my condition so I beleive they must be working the same. I was looking for a product with no additives or synthetic ingredients which seems to be what I purchased.

I had been using another Methyl-Folate product for quite a few years. I prefer these capsules to th chewable tabs for one thing. The other is the fact that this product delivers the same benefits as the other at a substantially lower price. I have been very pleased with this.

There are different types of Methyl Folate. I have 2 blood clotting disorders and one is on this gene the MTHFR and Factor V Leiden. This is the type that ppl like me have to take for efficacy of absorption and to make a difference. Thank you so much for having this available for easy purchase with a nice price.
