We love the size and how solid and clean the post box is. We put a packing sheet on bottom to protect dropping items as quite deep. We are delighted with our choice after spending many hours researching. This has really good sizes for just about all parcels including amazon. Delivery people love it and our dog no longer barks every day when the doorbell was rung. You need this size for multiple deliveries which we have every day during covid. This was key for us and delighted by it. Bought stickers on it from amazon as well.

The lock is poor quality and yet a fundamental part

I finally got it installed by a tradesman, he had to move the car charger first as it was the only location it could be placed in. I love it, no more being disturbed when I'm in the wrong shift.

Whilst I originally gave a good review, I now understand every box sold uses the same key so I can't see how it's secure! I've replaced it with a new lock so other buyers can't get into my box.The product itself is quite robust and, with a new lock, it does what I need it to.However, the Customer Service team is the worst I've ever experienced . . . they never know the answers to very simple question, never return calls and don't even accept questions, via Amazon, on weekends. They insist you call them during normal office hours.

Good sized and very secure mailbox, but let down by small and hard to read combination lock situated far too low for ease of use.

Could do with more than 2 keys, should offer extras
