Raffia Table Skirting Party Table Decoration

I looked all over the SF Bay Area for table skirting for my sons graduation luau party and found these on Amazon. Not knowing the quality but seeing what was in the store, I felt it was worth the risk to order them. When they arrived it was clear to see the quality was excellent and the pricing was less than the poor quality ones in our local party stores. On the day of the party my family thought I flew them in from Hawaii since some of my family members including myself, have lived on the islands. They were a hit! The company was great to work with and they arrived really fast. I won't hesitate to use them again through Amazon of course.

Perfect for my Cousin Itt project! Wrapped it around a few times, tied it off with extra raffia and it turned out great! Reasonably priced and worth every penny…will use this decoration for years to come! All decorations were out by 10/2! 🎃 Super pleased! 💯

I so want to give this 5 stars because it so well made and real, not plastic. It survived a down pour and still looks new. But alas, I have to give it 4 stars because I've no clue how to hang this. There are the ties on the ends so I could put tape over those, but I didn't want the tape to show. I ended up having to cut strips of tape and looping it through every 6-8 inches. Then I had to use duct tape over the small tape tabs to stick to the table, I was forced to cut my table cloth to over hang the edge of the table by 2" so you wouldn't see the tape. Looks like they hid the tape with the green palm leaves in the photo. Didn't realize hanging them would be an issue.

I bought 3 of these to make a "Cousin Itt" for halloween, they're holding up very well in an outdoor covered area. They're well made and would work well as a table skirt, for which their intended.

The raffia is not consistent in the skirts I received. I used them for a halloween prop I made. They come in twos and I needed to order another set to complete the project. The first order came with two skirts that were not the same color or the same quality of raffia. But it was ok because of what I was using them for. The first pic below is with 4 skirts, the second pic is using only 2 skirts. In the 2nd pic it really shows the difference in the colors of the 2 skirts that arrived in the first order.

Nice quality and a good bargain! Fun accessories for our Aloha-themed Easter Brunch! Two of those were the perfect length to go around all sides of a 6’ folding table. I used a long tan tablecloth and pinned them on from underneath.

This was one of the decoration pieces we purchased for a 50 person team event at my company that I volunteered to help with. And this was the one purchase that everyone in the planning committee commented on due to the poor quality. I'm guessing you get what you pay for, but these skirts came broken apart while they just kept breaking from simply placing them on tables or even taking out of the box; we couldn't even use most of the pieces due to them just falling apart. I ended up taping some pieces together and putting them on one small table. I had to sweep all the broken strands on the ground myself since I felt bad for the after-party cleaning crew. I'm glad that we hadn't purchased a bunch of these for a company-wide (3,500 employees) event because it would have been a disaster. Maybe it was just this one batch that wasn't properly inspected for quality control, but I'd rather not take the risk by buying again. I wish I didn't have to give a bad review, but I'm just being honest; and, the accuracy of these reviews are important to all Amazon members.
