Q: Does this run large, small, or true to size? I’m 5’4”, 145 lbs.

This is true to size it as a birthday gift for my sister. I of course tried it on. I wanted it for myself immediately! She is 5'61/2 140 and so am I fit perfect. I believe the description does say cotton. I loved the quality and fit.
