It's perfect for the use. Other ones were more expensive, but this one seems fine.

Love the way this product works everyone that trys it loves it( except the lady that didn't wipe the water after and her panties got wet) but it's a great product and I recommend it to everyone.

This Bidet’ attachment is really good for the money and the controls are I bit harder to grasp than the other we own but they are really cool and I’d say you have more control over your water flow, the one thing that kinda bugs me is the plastic cover over the sprayers feels like it just barely hangs on when I got to while the rim and seat down if I need too, that another thing it does better than my others is not spray up as bad under the seat and backing which I really like. It’s aim seems just easier to set up too, very happy with the price and function would buy again for sure! The shipping was on point too!

Very easy to install, instructions are pictures that could be better.Be very careful when you put the new supply valve onto your toilet if the toilet line is plastic because it is very easy to cross thread and you won't get it to seal. I was lucky as I noticed it started to cross thread, took it to off and took the washer out and installed it to clean threads removed it put the washer back in and made sure it was pushed all the way down. Put it back on and it didn't leak.This thing does an amazing job and will pay. For itself in toilet paper in a short time.Right now because I live in Arizona I don't need hot water as our tap water is 105.In the winter I may have to run a hot water line over. We will see.

This his product works very well and I was extremely happy with it until the last few weeks. I installed it (very easy) in December 2020. The the seat loosened and when I went to tighten it, I thought I’d first clean around the connection area. Was very surprised to see that the plastic around both openings had begun to crack and decay. See picture. Was able to reinstall, but I’m concerned that the holes will only continue to decay so that the unit will no longer stay anchored in place. Has anyone else experienced this?

My first bidet and I got it for medical reasons. It was much easier to install than I expected it to be and I was happy with it...for about 3 weeks. It decided that it didn't want to work properly. Simply put, I can't turn it off. The buttons no longer work, I can switch modes but I cannot turn it off. Pretty disappointed, especially since it became defective AFTER the return window closed. I'll be honest, I'm going to take a chance and get ONE MORE from this seller. I'm hoping the one I got was just a fluke but if this second one inexplicably malfunctions, then I'll be convinced that the problem is the seller/manufacturer and I'll waste no more money with them. Fingers crossed, let's see what happens..

It works, but it isn’t quite as user friendly as some with more options. The spray is adjustable, but the angle and such is not. It does work pretty well. Our 7 year old has been able to use his, but there have been some spray messes in the learning process. Overall though- works well considering it is half the cost or less of several others. Husband took 10min roughly start to finish to install each.

Shipping was super fast.. installation was easy.. Only thing that i found odd is that they only provided 1 o-ring.. I had to scramble for a o-ring for the female side of the hose.. because even with teflon.. it still leaked.. after i added the o-ring.. THE LEAK TOTALLY STOPPED..Product functions very well.. controls are pretty straight forward.. pressure control.. works

This item is a life saver for me. I recently lost full use of my hands and cleaning myself after using the restroom was a difficult task. This inexpensive bidet save me from difficult cleaning of my bum. I highly recommend this product, it's easy to install doesn't leak and very easy to use. I do recommend sealing tape to use in the attachment to the water 💦 valve.

Installation was easy and it also looks premium. Tested all settings and it works like a charm

Very easy to install. I don't recommend buying the double pack. One of my units is defective and unusable. I have no way to return just 1 out of the set. One leaks, which means i paid $64 for 1 bidet. My daughter loves it, but I am disappointed. Would love to experience it in my own bathroom, that was the reason of purchasing 2!

I got this to help clean myself after my surgery I was having a hard time wiping it works good you can set the water to how strong you want it and u set it as high as you want for it to shoot would recommend

This thing rocks! I feel so much cleaner! If my sink was near my toilet, I would have got the one with temperature control. It hooks to the hot water line. This one uses supply water to the toilet. A little cool at first but then all good.

I purchased this for medical reasons and for my son who’s still learning how to cleanse himself after a bm. It saves so much between wipes & tp. You don’t have to worry about your child flushing wipes. It’s an all around convenience.
