I have really been enjoying these elderberry gummies. I'd been getting a different brand for the past year or so, but it hasn't been available lately so it was time to try something different. I've been impressed with these so far. The taste is actually great. Normally when it comes to stuff like this I will take it even if it's not pleasant, simply because I know it's good for me and the taste isn't really what it's about. But with these, I look forward to eating them not just for the benefits, but because they're yummy. The first ingredient is apple puree, and I definitely get that flavor. I was a little worried because there is zinc included in these, and most of the time when I take zinc it makes me feel nauseated afterwards. But I haven't had any issues with that at all, even when I take them on an empty stomach. So that's an exciting added benefit, since this will be a great way to get zinc into my system, especially during cold and flu season. There is also vitamin C in them, so they're a triple threat.
