The item arrived quickly and was well packaged.I had ordered it based on the sellers description of it as a "mattress topper" because I have just had a hip fracture repair and needed an extra soft mattress.I already have two toppers at home but neither were suitable as they are for a double bed, whereas my op requires me to sleep downstairs in a single bed.Both my existing toppers are thick and not unlike an extra mattress themselves.This product was not at all thick and offered no extra softness at all.It's nicely made and not bad value for money but as a mattress protector not topper!

My two sons mattress are very hard and my eldest (9) was struggling to get comfy and sleep. After looking at many toppers I choose this one because of the good reviews. When opened it it wasn't as thick as description said. It has plumped up a little and does its job both sons have said they are really comfy and now sleep better. However I think for an adults weight they may not be as good (not that I have tried)

First impressions out of the box I wasn’t impressed, didn’t seem thick enough to make a difference.How wrong was It made a hard hotel bed comfortable and I got a decent nights sleep.Well worth the money

It was a second so I expected a few mistakes in quilt but it was as quite bad. All I can say is good job it is in a cover.

For my bed

Having to temporarily sleep on a sofa bed which feels like concrete! This topper has certainly made it more bearable - not like a 5 star mattress but comfortable enough to sleep on, which it wasn't before.
