Excellent product. It is very convenient to have a wide selection of diameters and lengths to choose from when working on a wiring project. I have used it on 4 gauge with a nylon abrasive resistant sheath down to 12 gauge, so far and it works very well. For single wires/cables, the 2 to 1 shrink ratio is perfect. It would probably also be perfect for 3 to 4 wire bundles or braids. For 2 wire bundles, a 3 to 1 shrink ratio may be better.The plastic case it comes in is very convenient to keep it all organized (there are 950 pieces, after all). This is much better than rubber banding the like sizes together and then having to sort through your electrical box to find the bundle you need.

My husband has a passion for fixing electrical things and he complained the other day that he needed a new batch of heat shrink tubing. I found this kit on Amazon and compared it to the others and while I couldn’t personally decide about the quality, it seemed like they were good and certainly it was the best value.My husband that they are great! He said he couldn’t believe there were 950 tubes for that price, and he was especially happy that they were long enough for him to sometimes cut in half and use on 2 splices if needed, which gave the kit an even greater value. He said the quality good and after doing just one job he was sure the sleeve wrap would last a long time.Last but not least, he commented how much the carry case was a great bonus. It was sturdy and surely will be put to use for some other purpose later on when the supplies run out.Best I can figure, based on his comments, this is a great kit at a good price from a company that clearly cares about selling quality goods.

Very happy with this package. It has all the sizes and colours I need in a nice case to keep it all ready to use.Shrinks easy with just a lighter and did NOT split. No need to get out the heat gun.I will recommend to my friends and buy again if I ever run out.Beats the pants off of Radio Shack.lol

So, the case is pretty much worth the cost of entry, organized nicely, pieces do not wander between compartments, hinges and clasps are on hinged rods, not bended plastic that some cheap cases use that will dry out and snap eventually.per piece, the price was great, color options are nice, the bigger ones are nice and long so you can cut them down to get more, but good to wrap whole connections too.

Haven't actually had to use it yet, hence the four stars - but it LOOKS like it's going to be a fabulous kit. Plenty of pieces in a great assortment of sizes and colors and in a great case to carry it all around in. Got here quick and without issue.S.

Haven't used it yet, but it seems to be good quality. The case is nothing to write home about, that's why it's free I guess.

This Heat shrink kit is great. Lots of different sizes of tube and colors too. I like that it comes with a case however, do note that the case is a bit flimsy and hard to get closed. Heat shrink tube works great. Great Product!!

Good Quality case it comes in the leaves much to be desired and I personally think it's a little expensive
