Q: How much honey to water do you need?

I used a gallon of distilled water, which I heated half of it up to 170(thermometer, not boiling) then added 3 pounds of honey stirred till mixed. Then I put it into the carboy and filled with remaining water to about 2 or 3 inches from top.

Q: How many grams of yeast comes with this?

The kit contains one packet of 5g.

Yes it comes with a single page of instructions, inside the box.

Q: Hello, what is the size of the hole in the cork? I am trying to make a blow off tube for it.

The hole in the stopper is 3/8" but I would recommend disassembling the airlock and using 1/2" ID tubing on the post inside. This has worked great for me.
