working pump
I connecteted the tubing and power and it works fine, My question is what is the longevity of this pump.

Worked without issue for a short period of time.
Had high hopes. Small form. Worked without issue for a short period of time. Then, the wheels stopped turning and the motor was buzzing. No more flow.Tried taking it apart and adding some lubricant to the spots where there could be friction. But nothing I tried worked. Getting a second one, hope it is better. All the competitors have a much bigger motor, and I think that might be the issue, not enough torque to overcome the friction in the system.*** Update ***The second unit is working much more reliably. I have had no issues with performance with now many hours of service. Still not sure why the first one didn't work right, so upgrading from 1 to 3 stars.Low price, small form factor, sort of reliable.

Pumps do not show consistent response to same input voltage
I bought these for a prototype of a small-scale liquid handling system for a chemical process I run in a biomedical engineering lab. I control the pumps using an Arduino Uno connected through a pair of relay modules to the pumps. My power supply shows that one pump draws 70 mA at 10 V, while the other draws 100 mA at 10 V, with a clear difference in the pump response. There's no difference when I switch which relay the two pumps are connected to, or when I switch the hoses, suggesting to me that this difference is caused by the pumps themselves.I ended up buying 7 of these pumps for my project, and 3/7 were either defective or shipped with the wrong hose size. One didn't turn on at all, and another did not actually take up water. I ended up deciding to return all of them and go with a different brand.

Didn’t work
It worked for about an hour, then it just stopped turning. Must’ve been bad sprockets or some thing, you could hear the motor trying, but it wouldn’t move.

Broke after very short use
I used this pump in a sculpture, running about half the rated voltage, and it conked out after running for about 5 minutes total.🤡⚡🤡

stoped running after 30 seconds
Worked for 30 seconds and died. looks like the motor cooked.
