The media could not be loaded. Nice product indeed to need to keep the icecream in the mould for at least 6 to 7 hours or it won't come out overall a good product.I made a chocolate icecream and a lemonade one it was tasty

Good for making fruit popsicles
To take the popsicle out of the mould, melt it a little bit by holding it under running water.

i got damaged product hence it was returned
i got damaged product hence it was returned. the item is made of plastic and was not packaged to ensure that it was safely delivered.the item was broken off at one of the edges and small plastic bits were in the package.if the packaging was secure, i could have received a good product.

Height should be reduced, Its not suitable for standard refrigerator.

The sturdiness could have been worked on !! It's very light and loose. The stick is of really low quality
