I've been using this for years and my go to eyeliner. So nice and smooth. I get black and it defines my eyes so beautiful.

Smudged proof
I love it! It does not smudge, I have been trying so hard to find one that doesn’t smudge, it does transfer to the bottom or top water line but that is perfect for me, so keep in mind that if you are not okay with it! The price is great! Will get more in the future
