If you would like to convert your size from inches to millimeters, just multiply the inches by 25.4 to get millimeters. For Example, let’s say your earpiece size is 1 ¼ inches. In decimal format, that is the same as 1.25 inches. If we multiply 1.25 x 25.4 that equals 31.75 millimeters. The 50mm size earpad will fit an earpieces that averages between 35 to 44mm in size. if your earpiece is oval shaped, you can measure the edge-to-edge across and up-down size of the earpiece, then average those values —> (width + height) ÷ 2 will give you the average. So for example, lets say your width is 1 ⅛ inches and the height is 2 ¼ inches: (1.1125 + 2.25) ÷2 = (3.375) ÷2 = 1.6875 inches as the average diameter. We can multiply 1.6875 x 25.4 to convert to millimeters, equaling 42.8 millimeters and that is within range of the stretch for this earpad. The foam earpads can be replaced quite easily to restore headphones and headsets, returning them back to like new condition. If you want to recycle or share headphones and headsets between many different users, you can change the earpads frequently so that the headphones are hygienically clean and free of lice, bacteria, skin cells or germs such as the common cold.
