I started taking SHREDZ BM for Women November 29th. Today is the 24th of December. I've lost 12 lbs so far. The package recommends taking two pills a day, but I've only taken one pill a day in the morning with my breakfast. The first few days, I took two pills, but I found I had difficulty sleeping, so I cut it back to one. Without a question, I have increased energy and focus. The energy is a clean energy. I don't feel like I could jump out of my body, not sit still, or that my heart is racing. My appetite is so suppressed, at lunch, I have to force myself to eat. Even then, I don't seem to get as much pleasure from eating my favorite foods. I've found that drinking coffee with these pills gives me major anxiety, nausea, and a headache. So, for the time being, I've switched to green tea.Overall, for my first month, I see results and feel great. I'll continue to take this product for another month and will provide an update then. Love it! Took it when I woke up, at an apple and headed to the gym. Does really good for a preworkout ( that's what I use it for anyways) was there for almost two hours. Usually I feel like I'm starving to death at the end of my gym session when I use any other preworkout but didn't feel that way at all. And also had no bad cravings all day which is rare cause I have a major sweet tooth!

DID absolutely nothing for me. I am so disappointed. It does not give me energy, does not suppress my hunger;I feel absolutely nothing different with these. I was taking synedrex and I loved the results but felt like it was a bit too strong and I had no apetite but it have me tons of energy and I lost 12 pounds in about 2 months! I am going back to synedrex. Cant believe I paid more for this and does not work...

I've been using this for years and it's so amazing!The only reason it's only a 4 star review because for the first time I bought an item from NS nutrition company and they sent me a Regular SHredz burner with a Burner Max sticker so that new customers will not recognize it. Max burner is more expensive than the regular so this clearly is a doing of a bad company trying to get more money.

Can DEFINETLY tell when I have or haven’t taken this before workouts! I can feel it starting to get my body and metabolism ROLLING and ON FIRE! it helps get me out of my bed and not be lazy for my daily workout too!When I don’t take it. I’m more prone to let my mind win and be lazy for the day.I’m only taking 1 pill a day right now.

I've used this off and on for many years. It's very effective and helps with weight loss. It definitely made me jittery at first but that wore off after I got used to it. I only take 1 pill per day and I get good results.

Wow!! Bought it for my girlfriend, on the first day she threw up 5 times!! She's already down 2 pounds. Obviously this really, really works!! She had no cravings, heavy naseau, so I would say it got the job done. At this rate she may be down 50 pounds at the end of the month.Great job Shredz!!
