Sent me a gas cooker instead of a ceramic cooker. Replacement cooker oven doesn't work.
Ordered a ceramic cooker and received a gas cooker instead. Immediately asked for a replacement. The replacement took about 2 weeks to deliver.Apparently there is no coordination between the Amazon customer service and the warehouse. The customer service had to ask the warehouse to cancel the item then refund it as a gift card then i had to place a new order.Fortunately the new cooker ordered was delivered the very next day. There was no electric cable provided and the installation team (which is a 3rd party) asked for a 50 AED wire installation extra charge. I called the customer service and they gave me a 50AED as a gift card and i had to pay 50 AED cash for installation.Finally when i got to prepare food and guess what. THE OVEN DOESN'T WORK. The Hobs work fine and are heating up quickly. Asked immediately for a return and refund. I have opted for a 2 year warranty also which was processed for a refund.The cooker was a good fit for my needs. AMAZON please do a quality check before sending it out to customers especially with large appliances.

Great cooker.
Just an FYI, it doesn't come with an electrical cord and we had to remove it from our old cooker.

Bad installtion from company
The cooker dosent came with electric cord , you have to contact with better life company to provide electric cord , poor service and they install old eletric wire to the new terim cookerVery bad experince and i regret that i bought this product

Oven Doesn't work. it came without cable
It came without cable or wire, the size is smaller that the mentioned in product details & the oven didn't work. Had to return it.

Cheap material based construction
Weak product. I keep calling Terim but no answer since the fitting. Looks good does the job however made from light cheap materials

The oven didn’t work properly
The oven didn’t work probably, not sure if it was an issue with Amazon assigned installation company which we think may have not installed it properly or it’s defective. We got frustrated and replaced it with a different brand and different installation company. In addition the cooker didn’t come with electric cable, which I assume that’s how the company cut cost but end up costing them sales
