Just as good as the known brands!
I wasn’t sure if this icing sugar would be any good because it was soooo inexpensive, but I made some butter cream with it and it was delicious! I’ll be buying it again! Oh and here’s my British butter cream recipe - perfect to go in the middle of a Victoria sandwich cake - 100g icing sugar, 50g soft butter, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon milk - whisk all the ingredients together and that’s it, you have delicious butter cream icing! :)
