Q: Do you sell these as precut sheets that are not glued into a block?

I purchased the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper through Amazon, Cold Press Finish in 11x14 in sheets, not a block. 8 Sheets per package. It was 300 lb. / 640 gsm acid free. 100% Cotton. Dick Blick also has it I'm sure and they may be less expensive, so check out prices.

Q: What does the "block" pertain too?

Great question! A watercolor block is a stack of watercolor paper that is glue bound on more than one side. Most watercolor blocks are glued on all four sides. However, since it can be tricky to separate a sheet from the block when all four sides are glued, we produce Fluid and Fluid 100 block with only two glued sides for easy lifting of the sheet. Because more than one side of the paper is glued into place, you don't ever have to stretch your watercolor paper prior to painting.
