This glass dispenser is pretty and well built. It is easy to assemble and arrives packaged well to not be damaged in transit. The only negative is that it won't dispense when sitting on my chef's cabinet as it slants backwards slightly; here it dispenses only a tablespoon approximately and then stops dispensing. However, when it is moved to the kitchen countertop or table which is completely level flat, it dispenses water nicely. This is important to know in case you wonder if yours is defective when it doesn't dispense properly; check to see if it is level. It is very attractive and should last a long time.

I bought this one because it was a little more costly that some other so I figured it would be better but sadly I was wrong. The water spigot part doesn’t stay put, whenever you tube the dial to pour the entire spout rotates. The nut/bolt is as tight as it will possibly go and it just spins around.. this obviously isn’t practical. Unless the seller has a secret to get it from spinning I will have to return and purchase another one.

Arrived with chunks of metal embedded inside the glass! Why would I believe this was made without lead contamination or in a process that makes it safe for storing beverages for human consumption.Also the cutout for the spigot was cracked and chipped. With these types of manufacturing defects, the pitcher would surely break when used and washed even under the gentlest conditions.

Real metal faucet with extremely great silicone seals on both inside and outside of the glass. This baby will never leak. I looked at others that were pretty, but had plastic faucets instead, and their reviews frequently complained of breaking off or leaking. I got this to hold liquid detergent in my laundry, and it looks awesome!

I bought this to put my laundry detergent in. I got the spout good and tight when I put it together, but after a couple of weeks I noticed detergent dripping from the jar onto the washer. I now have to keep the detergent cup right below the jar to catch the drips.
