Great for adult coloring books, writing
I love these pens. I like to use them for adult coloring books, writing letters or making cards for people, or for use in a journal or planner for myself. They are really versatile and can be used professionally or just for fun. The cost if very affordable compared to most high end fineliner pens, and you get many colors that all look different from each other. As some other people have mentioned, some colors did work better than others. Luckily, though, almost all of mine were perfect and I really only had problems with two of the pens. One of them worked fine at first, and I guess I maybe overused it because it stopped working so well after a bit, but I did notice if I let them sit for a while after using them, they were fine again. So I guess just be gentle with them because they are just pens, not markers. I think that's the mistake I made. They write great when using them in letters, cards, and journals. Sharpies bleed through paper, so you can't really use those when you need both sides, and regular pens are boring. Somehow I think my handwriting is better with these as well.I use the original pack I bought so much that I went on to buy the additional colors! If you think you might get good use out of these sorts of things and want a good variety, go ahead and buy the whole pack. I don't think you can do any better for the great price and quality. Any cheaper and I feel like the quality would go way down, and professional fineliners just aren't possible for most of us who just use them casually.

Beautifully Functional & Brilliantly Designed
I consider myself a bit of a writing utensil connoisseur, and hands down, these are the best fine-line pen/markers that I have in my collection.Typically, fine "Sharpie" brand markers have always been my preference for everything from drawing to daily writing, but these have given them a real run for their money...Pros:- They're very comfortable to write with (from a woman with petite hands)- They write very well without any skipping or bleeding- They're very vibrant in color- They're extremely thin-tipped for precise writing- They come in a fantastic case! The case itself is almost worth the money alone...it's very sturdy, and wonderfully designed to keep your pens on the ready while you're working- The caps have a distinct "click" when you put them back on to let you know that you've securely capped the pen; this might be a personal preference, but I prefer my pens, and markers to have an "audible" capCons:- If you have a heavy hand, you'll most likely damage the tips; I wouldn't recommend them for a young child or anyone who "smashes" the tips of their pens/markers/pencils/crayons- If you have a large hand, these might not be very comfortable to use because they may fatigue your handIf you're particular about finding the perfect felt-tipped pen that writes precisely, and colors vibrantly in an awesome case, these are definitely it!

Works very well for thin bible pages
I bought these for underlining passages in my bible. The red pen I had previously been using bled through the pages like crazy and it took literally a minute to dry, which resulted in ugly smudges everywhere. I was a bit skeptical about these pens. The reviews said they worked well for standard paper, but I didn't see too much about working on thinner bible pages. I was super pleased to find out they write smoothly. All the colors are bold and bright. Yellow is really hard to see because of how bright it is, but I don't use yellow much anyway. Red isn't a very bold red, but more of a reddish orange, but that doesn't really bother me. These pens work magically on thin bible pages. There is a very faint shadow through the back of the page, but it's nothing compared to most pens I've used. The ink also dries almost instantly. As a matter of fact, I wrote with one and immediately wiped it, and there was no smudging at all. The case is very convenient, and opens up to make a stand for the pens so you stay organized.I included some pictures showing underlining with the fineliner pens in purple and green. The red pen is from a different brand pen I had been using before. You can see that the Staedtler pens write smoothly and boldly, didn't smudge, and can barely be seen through the page, compared to the red pen. I highly recommend these pens!

Long lasting and wonderful colors
The colors are great and these pens are still working as great as they did when they were new! Great for bullet journaling as they do not bleed through paper. The tips don't mash either! The only thing I recommend is running a strip of duct tape around the case because it will eventually try to open up. I have camo duct tape so that doesn't bother me in the least. These are GREAT pens!!
