I needed it to cook a rice cake for my baby’s birthday. The size fit with the stramer I had and it was easy to clean after use. I just wish it is a bit thicker but satisfied with the price I paid for.

Bought these as a reuseable replacement to parchment paper. Maybe 20 uses later somehow one of them has burned and broken while steaming some buns. Considering I’m not the biggest fan of cooking on silicone in the first place, just go with the parchment paper

Perfect for steaming! I often used it for steaming Rice or Beans, and so easy to clean and dry! It made my job easier!

If I had these years ago, I would not have tossed out my bamboo steamers. They were just so hard to clean, I replaced them with metal non-stick steamer baskets. The bamboo baskets steamed better.I cut one to fit the bottom of my air fryer.I cut another one to fit the bottom of my rice cooker’s steamer basket.The largest one fits my stovetop steamer basket for my wok.They are very simple, but functional. They kind of remind me of shelf liner material.For storage: I store them with the cooking element they work best with.I am very pleased with their quality and functionality. They are a great addition to my kitchen.

The LONGFITE Silicone Steamer Liner comes in handy sizes with 8", 10" and 12" sizes. If need be, you can cut a larger one down if you don't have a need for the big 12" one. But I can find all my steamer inserts for all 3 sizes. The silicone is thin and light. A quick wash and spray of cooking spray will ensure nothing sticks to the matts. The small holes will allow steam to penetrate for delicate items as steamed buns, dumplings or softening tortillas. Much better than cheesecloth or parchment paper. I use plastic spoon or spatula or wood chopsticks to pick up any items to avoid metal to puncture or cut the matts. Wash with a sponge of soap & water. When dried, I leave them in the steamer flat for the next use.

I've been using these liners in different things over the last two months and I'm pleased with how well they work and how nicely they still work. The small and medium size fit just as they are into my steamer and air fryer. The larger one I trimmed down to fit as another tray in my steamer since I stack.The key is cleanup time is greatly reduced. I wish these were available 20 years ago.

These are so easy to use. Just rinse/wash the first time and start using by placing them and forgetting about them. They're also so much easier to clean up than scrubbing and treating the bamboo steamers, or my rice cooker. I love the food grade silicone and nice pure white color. There are three sizes which works great for me. I really like and would recommend them! :)

The 8" and 10" are not in round shape, but the 10" sheet is little bit bigger, so I cut it. It is ok.

Highly recommend this product if you love steam dim sum. Use baking paper in the past for dim sum, have to make a hole in between for steam to get through, not anymore. This product replace that and easy to wash and reusable, less waste
