I've had trouble with gaining weight, due in part to a hyperactive thyroid. This B6 vitamin helps to regulate how my body burns food and absorbs nutrients. I take one a day with fish oil and glucosamine. Would highly recommend all three, all from the same seller. I've never had an issue with one of the batches like I have from other sellers. I'm already skeptical of pharmaceutical companies so I like the reliable consistency Nature Made provides.

I purchased this B6 to help with some neurological issues and it seems to help. I do take other vitamins along with it but I can tell when I stop taking one of them. Great value and I actually cut the pills in half because it has a higher mg amount than you should have daily. The flavor isn't great and out of the 5 pills I take daily it is the one that just doesn't want to go down. which is odd. I've never had a pill do that before. Either way I'm satisfied with this product and will most likely purchase again.

Item as expected. Tablets easy to take as they’re not very big & were great In helping with severe pain after extensive surgeries.

I have carpal tunnel really bad in both my wrists. This has really made a big difference, so much I’m able to keep doing my job!
