I was surprised to like this frame as much as I did. The low-profile was perfect for my picture, which had pictures on the edges that other frames would have covered up. The back was surprisingly sturdy, the metal closures easy to handle. It came with plexiglass which which was protected with plastic on both sides and which you had to peel off. Overall the frame came well-packaged and protected. There was information included with the package on how to reach out to customer service in case you had any issues. I am very happy with this purchase and would purchase again.

Everything was great….except for the scratched plexiglass. Protective film was on 1 of the frames I ordered but the 2nd one didn’t have the protective film layer on the glass and that one had scratches on it.

I love the low profile of this type of frame. The 'glass' was actually plexiglass or high-quality plastic. The frame was easy to load, the only issue I had was trying to get a 'start' on lifting the corners of the protective plastic coating from both sides of both the 'glass' and the frame backings, lol. (dexterity not my strong point).Came with a very nice white Matte for displaying an 8x10 image in the 11x14 frame (we did not use it, but it's good quality for sure).Definately would buy again if ever needed.

Beautiful color and very pleased with the quality. Arrived well packaged without a single scratch. Glass had a protective film on both sides so when I removed that it was shiny and new. No assembly needed. Overall worth it.

I have a fairly extensive record collection, all framed and covering the walls of my home. These are the best frames I've purchased so far. They fit perfectly, do not present any concern about damaging the jacket, and if you are like me and do still regularly listen to your framed collection- the clips securing the backer board are noticably easier to pop in and out than other brands available on Amazon.I was quite surprised given how much cheaper than most other suitable frames they are.

I bought these for my mother after she found some old albums at a flea market. The covers were in great shape, but the albums themselves were not. I bought these to try out the brand since the price was pretty reasonable. Turns out, they are perfect. I will be ordering more of these to hang the rest of the collection.

For the cost of product, this frame is a good buy. It came well packaged without any damage and seems sturdy enough. It’s nothing beautiful or so special but it is cost effective and looks good for what it is. Would buy again if looking for a cheap frame of this size!

It is delivered pretty fast but I received one that the metal parts have some damages such as crushed and bent.
