I went 10 years without having my teeth cleaned professionally although I flow sand brush twice a day, so I definitely didn't have the whitest teeth ever. In addition to the rarity of my dentist visits, I drink a lot of coffee and red wine. After having my teeth cleaned by the dentist I began using these the next day. I'm on day three and I have two tips for those that didn't have the results they wished for.One, refrigerate the strips. It doesn't necessarily make them more effective, but the gel sometimes remains on the film that you pull the strip from if you don't. Two, use them right after each other. It's easier to remember if you just do the hour all at once as opposed to doing 30 mins. in the morning and then later in the day.I've definitely seen a difference and I'm not as embarrassed about smiling in direct sunlight. I didn't use the little color guide they provided because I just wanted improvement and I can tell that they're whiter without using it. I plan to purchase more once i finish with this batch since I'm not sure how long the new whiteness lasts. Lastly, the first day the whiteness seemed slightly splotchy (only noticeable to me though) but that changed by day two so don't give up too easily.

I was initially skeptical because of the price, being manufactured in China, and listing peroxide as a main ingredient. However, these really do get the job done for 1/5 the price of even drugstore white strips, let alone name brand. The results are expedient but not long lasting. If I don't do them for 2 days my teeth are discolored again, but at the price, it's feasible to use them once a day if needed. My gums are uncomfortable if I use a Listerine rinse after these white strips, but besides that, I haven't noticed any lingering discomfort. You can't beat the price for the value! I just reordered two more sets.

These are not the type that "stick to your teeth". They have a lot of solution on them and I had to expectorate the excess several times during use. They do not stay in place as firmly as I would like. So you have to be careful not to move them with your tongue. The plastic strips are more firm/rigid and need to be a little softer for pliability.I will update after several more uses if needed.Update - I've used these for several days and my experience is the same as noted above. They are whitening my teeth and that's the end goal. The difficulty is with the lower strip as for getting it in place and it staying in place. Overall, I'm satisfied with the whitening results for the price paid and I would buy again.

These are pretty much just like all the other cheap whitening kits out there. They offer some whitening and that's really all you can hope for with strips. My biggest issue with these is the fact that while trying to peel the strips off the plastic sheet they come on, most of the time the thin layer of whitening gel tends to stay on the plastic sheet and not on the strips. You have to try all corners and pray that it sticks to one end so you can get as much of the gel on the strip as possible. If you're looking for something inexpensive that works a little bit, these are for you.

I've used LOTS of whitening products on Amazon. These are far the best!! They stay on very well!!! NO slipping. Typically I put them on, hop in a shower, get ready, brush and go. If you have sensitive teeth, don't brush your teeth before using. Although instructions recommended to. I gently use sensitive toothpaste after removing strips. If you've had slipping issue's in the past, gently dry your teeth with tissue before applying. Whatever you choose, you'll be happy 😁

I paid $300 for a professional cleaning and honestly couldn't see a difference. Maybe it's because we had to cut the treatment short because it hurt like hell!These strips cause zero pain or irritation. They're easy to use and help big time with losing weight! If you're craving a snack, pop these babies in. You won't be able to eat anything for half an hour, and the craving will subside. Ok, maybe that won't work for you, but the strips will definitely whiten your teeth.Here's a before and after. So glad I took these pictures, and I can't believe how cheap these strips are!

I've been using this for over 2 weeks prior to going in to get my final teeth repaired. I realized my teeth was really stained due to excessively drinking black coffee 3-4xs a day! I used to spend AMPLE amount of money on crest white strips but these are heaven sent! My dentist kept complimenting how white my teeth were and asked if I got them professionally done. I've been recommending this to my friends and family and will be purchasing more as soon as I run out!

I just got this in today, and I bought two packs. The first one I tried.. I dried my teeth with tissue after brushing my teeth and put it on. Then I set the timer for 30 minutes. After that 30 minutes taking it off was horrible. It literally felt like they put super glue on them.I know you dont see your teeth whitening after one use, but it left little white dots around my teeth. I’m going to try it one more time (since you can’t return them), but the first time was horrible. I wish I could just return them honestly. Oh, and it also didn’t smell or taste like mint...

These have some power to them, make your teeth a bit sensitive but do work / good price. Stick well to teeth.
