No comes with 2, I thought it was only one as well and ordered 2 so now I have 4! 😒

Q: I see from the reviews that they aren't room darkening, but are they thick enough that someone outside can't see inside? In the aspect of privacy.

I bought the white in silver curtains for our 5th wheel to help keep the front cool by blocking the hallway using only 1 AC unit. They work well for this purpose. The curtains are thick but I wouldn't try them as a darkening curtain unless you get a liner even if you order the darker color.

Q: Is this made for up to 3 inch rods??

A 3” rod can be used with it. I paired mine with a much smaller rod that I found on amazon that had bronze colored birds on the ends. Looks beautiful
