Hasta el momento funciona bastante bien y se nota resistente. Sin embargo, si uno suda bastante se torna un poco resbaloso. Hay wue tener cuidado. Lo uso como mat de ejercicios personal, no para poner de base para algun equipo de ejercicio.

We've blown through so many yoga mats as we work out with shoes. Even more expensive ones just start to crumble within a couple months. This is SO sturdy. It's a bit firm/hard for things like sit ups but I just keep a half a yoga mat on hand to put under my back for workouts like that. This mat is so reasonably priced as well. I wish I'd purchased this a long time ago!

I was looking for a large, non-slip exercise mat to do my P90x and Focus T25 workouts on and this is more than adequate for my needs. It's wide, thick and very durable. I use this in my apartment and it does move slightly when I'm running back and forth or jumping... but that's because my floor is carpet, really not a big deal to me. But it's extremely stable on any other hard surface. I would absolutely buy this again, highly recommended.

Was this supposed to come with a strap to carry it? Mine didn't. Other than that it seems good.

Team. This comes with a free jump rope. It might be advertised that it comes with it but I can't really read well. So, I was pleasantly surprised. I am the happiest of clams. I rolled this sucker out (I bought two) and it is in my garage and my weight rack is on top of it. I will never move this until the house is sold and in that case I'll probably just leave it in the garage but that's in like 20 years. I also didn't wipe it or clean it or anything because it's in my garage. I also have like no sense of smell (not covid related) but I don't think it has any lingering scent.

I read review after review looking for the right mat for my workout room. I needed something that would hold up to planks, mountain climbers, jogging in place, jump rope. Just about everything. I have been using this mat daily for about 6 weeks. Unlike previous mats and pads this one is not peeling and it holding its self together. When I do yoga I do lay down a yoga mat on top of this mat for extra padding. If I have a ton of planks I will fold my yoga mat under my hands for the extra support. But this mat is perfect!
