Best of Blink-182: Bass Recorded Versions

This is the only book you will need in order to learn Blink 182's greatest hits on bass guitar. It is packed with their best songs from Dude ranch, Enema of th state, the mark, tom and travis and take off you pants and jacket. It has the tab version and the music note version so you will find these songs relativly easy to learn. Just sit back put and blink album on and rock out to these tunes on bass.

Good qualify

Good quality book (as is the norm with these I guess), but some "interesting" song choices on what would is sold as a "best of".From a first glance/quick play through the tab seems OK - though seems to skip bits for each song where you're expected to just keep repeating, so can be a bit difficult to follow at first (and if playing it without a CD playing in the background)... guess this is more due to my inexperience than anything else though, and is probably standard notation for most of these books (though this method isn't used in any of the other books I've bought thus far).My only real grumble is with the song/album choices - it's (understandably, given the age of the book) fairly heavy on "Enema..." & "Take Off Your Pants..." and a couple of songs from Dude Ranch, but can't quite see why they have bothered with "The Mark, Tom and Travis Show" which is a live album and which only has one song in the book anyway - personally I would much preferred a couple of songs from Chesire Cat, or even just an inclusion of Carousel (which is played on "The Mark, Tom and Travis Show").All in all - a fairly good book for the money and will get you started with playing some Blink songs. Great book for all the songs u want of Blink 182, but, Do not be fooled, in many of the songs they get the tablature wrong and then book is useless.My advice is stick to decent tab websites unless you want the music written, then get it.
