Customer Service is second to none
You guys. I got this for my 8 year old for Christmas. When I went to put it together Christmas day, it wouldn't stay standing. I was frustrated. I tried gluing it together. That didn't work. As a result, I emailed the company of my disappointment and they responded quickly asking for a picture, which I sent and then they sent a replacement. I opened the replacement today. (BTW the replacement came 2 days after I send the pic . . . I just didn't open it until now). Inside was the exact same setup. I was frustrated again. How would this solve my problem. And then it hit me . . . I WAS THE PROBLEM. You guys, I put the bottom circle on upside down! And the company didn't even hesitate to send me a replacement when I didn't actually need a replacement toy, I needed a replacement brain! I HIGHLY recommend this product. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Superb in every way.

Great Product for Toddlers
I bought this after my baby boy. He plays with them all day long ; they are very light weighted. They are very durable and easy to assemble and still look brand new almost a year after.

Cute but Breaks Easily
This item lasted a good week but that’s it. The sticks didn’t stay attached to the head of the broom. I like the wood over plastic but now I have to glue the pieces together.
