TUFF Tape Self Adhesive Repair Tape Strip 50cm

Is this tape double sided? I need to repair my ragtop where it meets the plastic window on my Audi 2005. The plastic window has torn off the ragtop.

I have a down comforter that has small tears in it caused by cat claws over the years. Can this be used to seal the tears?

Is the size 75mm the length of the tape or the thickeness? what is the thickness of the tape?

can cloth that has been repaired with this tape be later on put in a washer and dryer?
