Wouldn’t waste the money
This product left white spots on my tile, not sure what the problem is. Doesn’t seem to strong of a sealer

so far so good.....
Had a crumbling slate tile bottom corner of my shower (wall not floor) - scrubbed the area removing all loose material and let the shower dry for 24 hours - then applied multiple coats (probably 8x) over the course of the next 48 hours - tile seems to have stabilized, big improvement, no more crumbling - how long will this last...????

Came in broken
Not sure about the quality of the product yet, but it came with a broken spray cap.Since needed it fast, used a spray part from other bottle.
